AI Tutor Assistant is a Telegram bot designed to help tutors with:

• Processing educational materials (documents, images, audio)
• Receiving AI assistance with educational tasks
• Storing data in personal Google Sheets

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Authorization

To use the Service, you must:

• Have an active Telegram account
• Authorize via Google OAuth for Google Sheets access
• Provide accurate and current information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account
• All activities conducted through your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Lawful educational activities as a tutor
• Managing information about your real students
• Processing educational materials
• Receiving AI assistance in lesson preparation and materials

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or violation of third-party rights
• Uploading malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Spam, mass mailings, or automated requests
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement

5. Intellectual Property

• Your data is NOT used for training AI models

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms:

• Google Sheets: For data storage (governed by Google's terms)
• Telegram: For messaging (governed by Telegram's terms)
• OpenRouter/OpenAI: For AI processing (data not used for training)

Use of these services is governed by their own terms.

8. Limitations and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied.

8.2 AI Limitations

The AI assistant may:
